The patient, a 30-year-old female weighing 108 lbs, underwent a Mommy Makeover consisting of bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants and an anchor lift, as well as abdominoplasty. The after photos, taken three months post-operation, show noticeable changes in the breast contour and abdominal area. The moderate-profile saline implants were placed submuscularly to enhance breast volume and shape. The anchor lift technique was utilized to address ptosis. Abdominoplasty addressed excess skin and muscle laxity in the abdomen. Post-operative images reveal improved symmetry and contour in both treated areas compared to pre-operative conditions.
