This is a facelift with platysmaplasty case performed on a woman in her sixties. The plan combined facial lifting with platysmaplasty, a technique that addresses the platysma muscle in the neck to redefine the jawline and neck contour. You can see in the after photo that the lower face and neck appear firmer, with a cleaner separation between the jaw and neck. The platysmaplasty component involves tightening or suturing the platysma muscle from below, which works alongside the facelift to address the neck as a unit rather than the face alone.
