This patient had a series of procedures beginning with a bilateral mastecomy with reconstruction and Mentor MemoryGel Xtra implants. The following procedures included fat graphting to the bilateral breasts, bilateral casuorrhaphy and an exchange of implants to 415cc Mentor MemoryGel Xtra breast implants shown in the after photo.
