This 30 year old woman had the BRCA gene and desired bilateral mastectomies. She had immediate reconstruction using prepectoral Mentor silicone 545Xtra implants and autoderm followed by fat grafting. She originally did not want to save her nipple, but later decided to have a nipple reconstruction. Nipples were made from her own breast skin, and areolae were made with skin from her labia minora. She will complete her reconstruction with tattooing.
