This patient, a 44-year-old woman weighing 140 lbs, was placed with Motiva Ergonomix SmoothSilk Demi silicone gel implants, 425cc, one on each side. The Ergonomix design is worth understanding: it responds to body position and movement, behaving differently when you're upright versus lying down. The Demi profile sits lower on the projection spectrum, which suited this patient's frame.
