Blepharoplasty #29808

Case Notes
Two procedures were combined here: an upper blepharoplasty and an endoscopic brow lift, performed together in a single operative session. The upper blepharoplasty addressed excess upper eyelid skin, while the endoscopic approach to the brow lift uses small incisions within the hairline rather than a long coronal incision, which keeps visible scarring to a minimum. You're looking at the after photo at the three-month mark, when post-operative swelling has largely resolved and the tissues have settled into their new position. Planning both procedures together lets the upper eyelid and brow work as a unit rather than correcting one area while leaving the other unaddressed. Individual results vary.
