Case Notes
This is a mommy makeover case for a 38-year-old patient weighing 197 lbs, combining four procedures in a single operative plan. The abdomen was addressed with a Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty, a technique that uses both a horizontal and a vertical incision to remove excess skin in two directions. You can see the vertical midline scar still maturing in the after photo, which is expected at this stage of healing. A bilateral breast lift repositioned the breast tissue, while an upper back lift addressed skin laxity across the back. Brachioplasty was performed on both arms to remove excess arm skin. The after photo shows the abdominal contour with scars still in an early healing phase.
